Ravenkorp advises value-driven, purpose-led and innovation-driven businesses across Food, Packaging, Energy, Construction and Security — on the growth strategy, commercial engine and leadership bench that carry a company past its founder's reach.
Ravenkorp AB was founded to bring the discipline of large-scale corporate leadership to small and mid-sized companies — the ones scaling fast enough that instinct is no longer enough, but not yet large enough to carry a full executive bench.
The practice works with owners and leadership teams at businesses built around a purpose, not just a product: companies with a point of view about how they make things, source things, or lead people — and the ambition to grow without losing that point of view along the way.
"The gap that stalls most growing companies isn't ambition. It's the structure to carry that ambition through scale — a real strategy, a disciplined commercial engine, and leaders who can run it without you in the room."
Built through direct, personal engagement — not transactional relationships, but partnerships earned over time and kept through the hard parts.
Measured in outcomes, not activity — capacity built, growth delivered, commercial performance improved, teams made stronger.
Board-level judgment shaped by three continents, multiple industries, and three decades spent on the other side of the table.
Each engagement draws on direct operating experience — not frameworks borrowed from a slide deck, but disciplines run at multi-billion euro scale and adapted to fit a company a fraction of that size.
A growth plan that survives contact with reality: where to build capacity, how to sequence capital investment, which markets to enter first, and the operating model needed to support the next stage without breaking the last one.
Grounded in first-hand experience building out capex portfolios above USD 900 million across multiple continents and leading digital transformation programs spanning global operations.
Building the commercial engine underneath the growth plan: key account management that holds under pressure, disciplined commercial terms, and a forecasting process people actually trust.
Built on direct experience leading Commercial Excellence capability deployment and cluster sales management functions across dozens of markets and billions in annual turnover.
Developing the leaders and teams who can carry a strategy once the founder can no longer carry it alone — succession planning, talent pipelines, and the leadership culture that scales with the business rather than against it.
Informed by leading global organizations of over 1,000 people, and by a military officer's grounding in leadership under pressure, discipline, and accountability.
Johan built his career at the top of global industrial and consumer companies, most recently as Executive Vice President, Digital, Process & Performance at Huhtamaki, where he led IT strategy, digital transformation and Commercial Excellence for a EUR 4.5 billion group spanning 80 factories on five continents.
Before that, as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Oatly, he secured product supply through a hyper-growth phase and directly managed a USD 950 million factory capex portfolio across nine parallel construction sites on three continents.
He spent over a decade in senior roles at Tetra Pak, including Managing Director for the Nordics and North Europe market companies, Vice President of Sales Management for the Russia area, and Cluster Vice President for Sales Management across EMEA — always reporting into the CEO or regional leadership and sitting on the executive team.
He holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, began his career as a commissioned officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, and has lived and worked across seven countries on three continents over 25 years.
Most engagements start with a short conversation about where growth, commercial performance or leadership capacity is under strain. There's no obligation attached to that first call.
